Training Exercises
SESG will implement a Comprehensive Exercise Program that will assist in:
- Engaging leadership at all levels to support the learning environment inherent in conducting exercises.
- Exercise design, development, implementation and improvement planning.
- Provide top notch facilitation and/or Lead Simulator/Controller role to the day of the exercise.
- Providing feedback during the After Action Report process and determine steps for implementation of corrective actions identified during the exercise.
- Train all personnel, regardless of position, in emergency management/business continuity procedures as needed and necessary for the conduct of the exercise.
