Robert T. Sadock, MD, FACP, has an extensive background health and business managerial positions and in clinal epidemiology.

Educational Background

Dr. Sadock graduated with double degrees in Biology and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After medical school at NYU School of Medicine, he completed his Internship and Residency at the Yale-New Haven Hospital in Internal Medicine. He then became a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar and completed his training in Clinical Epidemiology.

Academic Awards

Dr. Sadock is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is also an Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society member.

Medical Administration

Dr. Sadock had held several Medical Positions. He has been Chief of Program Development, Internal Medicine at the Yale School of Medicine. He served as President of the Yale New Haven Hospital Physicians IPA, Physician Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Medical Director and Chairman of the Utilization Review/Quality Assurance Committee at Yale New Haven Hospital. He has also been the Medical Director for Yale New Haven Hospital Physicians Corporation and Partners Health Plan, a joint venture between the Voluntary Hospitals of America and the Aetna Insurance Company.

Epidemiology and Faculty

Dr. Sadock is on the faculty of the Yale School of Medicine. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor and an Attending at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He has been involved in several epidemiological studies. He has published in various academic journals and publications on computers, medical informatics, asthma, controlled trials and therapeutic effectiveness. He also teaches medical students.

Business Background

Dr. Sadock is a consultant to Bank Corporations, Hospitals and various other organizations. He is President of SRN Inc., a consulting company. He has also been the CEO of an international manufacturing company.
